Expand the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer" key. Step 1: Head over to this page of Office support. Minimize the keys you expanded so far, if the list of keys is too long. Expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services" key and delete the "ose" subkey, if it is present. Expand the "Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products" key and then delete the "_F01FEC" key. ![]() Expand the "Installer\Upgrade Codes" key and then delete the "_F01FEC" key.
